Another big, beautiful estate, this time in Calabasas, near the Santa Monica Mountains Area. It was 107 degrees out during this shoot! This video was a special request by the client. They were looking for a simple walk-through video, but wanted me to utilize my cinema camera. I'd normally reserve the special camera for more customized jobs, but a compromise was easily reached and the clients and I were both very please with the outcome of this shoot. This is also my first real estate video with our new, high end drone. I think the image quality difference between this new camera and the old Phantom drones is easily visible. Been doing a lot of travel work this year, but in between my last trip I was able to squeeze in this wonderful Santa Monica home. A little something new for you guys! RREV was recently commissioned to do a highlight video for the solar panels at Pacific BMW in Glendale, check it out! This real estate agency wanted to go all out on this video! Check it out! Our latest video showcases an exceptional Highland Park home! A beautiful new property for sale in gorgeous Santa Monica. I love the tall pine trees lining this street, striking even in this cloudy weather. Just got back from a fantastic shoot in NY! Got some fantastic shots, but it was so cold. Glad to be back in LA. Each street in this area has a different kind of tree lining it's street, and this property is of unique value because of it's beautiful Palms. |
